I’m still alive…

by Matt Stratton on February 25, 2009

I know, I know, I haven’t posted since Friday. But, in my defense, I was on vacation. And yes, I got back yesterday, but I had a lot to do – I had to go to the Bulls game with a vendor. Plus, today I had to go to work, and that took some getting used to.

I promise, I’ll have some more content very very soon. I fully intend to spool up a few posts tomorrow – although my internets will be down for a while, as we are getting U-Verse installed tomorrow morning. But I should have something to post by the afternoon. I’m actually planning to put up a fairly nerd-tastic post about what I’ve learned (so far) about cloud computing (I’ve been at Microsoft twice in the last seven days attending presentations and roundtables on the subject). So save up all your cloudy questions for tomorrow!

In the meantime, here’s a picture from our vacation. The rest will be up soon.

Thanks! The horizon is ever so slightly NOT straight. I need to start using guides in Photoshop again.

Hello…I am glad you enjoyed Florida. AS I live here it is always like a vacation :)

I have been where you are from…meaning the sub zero tempts and snow like there is not tomorrow. I am originally from Northern Ontario, Canada and I do not miss the winter a single bit.

You at least had a few days of warmer weather as we are still in our winter season as well.
The bikers are definitely freezing their butts off this week as the temps are not very forgiving.

Have a very nice day!

Thanks for the comment, Dorothy! As it’s super frigid today, I’m still jealous of your winter Florida weather. Although once the summer comes and I’m watching the Cubs at Wrigley, I’ll get over it. Summer in Chicago is my favorite thing ever.
